THE DRAWING ROOM
CONCEPT DESIGN
The Drawing Room is the right offering for you if you need a comprehensive document with details of your design scheme, colours, layouts and how to proceed. It will give you a complete design and colour plan with you, your home, and its history in mind.
It is ideal if you do not wish to work under time pressure, or want a map to stake out the vision and your next steps. The unique white maquettes included are invaluable when envisaging the space, and unlike anything you will find in a generic concept design. They are similar to stage set boxes, showing scale, proportions and the spatial intent of your space.
A concept design covers:
-
Brief and concept definition
-
Historical information
-
Development of a coherent spatial plan taking circulation, atmosphere and light into account.
-
Drawings, floor plans and 3D maquettes translating ideas into clear direction.
-
A defined scheme of colour, layout and character that holds everything together.
-
A clear reference that you can follow to help reduce avoidable mistakes.
-
Freedom to implement plans at your own pace.
