3D MODELS

While maquettes are designed to give a clear impression of layout and atmosphere, full 3D models take the process further. They are complete, wall-to-ceiling representations of a room, allowing you to see how every element: architecture, colour, furniture, and finishes work together in full.
 

The doll's houses you see on this page are real homes. They have been carefully measured, designed and then drawn in great detail with special computer software. These models can be produced either as static images or as moving fly-throughs. They are particularly valuable once key decisions have been made and you wish to see your chosen scheme in its final form with colours and layouts before committing. Furniture shown in 3D models will be selected to represent the scale and character of your chosen pieces, and where exact models are available they can be used.

 

Because 3D models are detailed and time-intensive to produce, they are not part of the standard Drawing Room presentation.  They are available as a premium upgrade for clients who wish to explore their house in greater depth or share visualisations with builders and contractors.
