VICTORIAN BREWERY BEDROOM
The bedroom, being north-facing, needed to have warmth and softness injected. Due to the placement of a perpendicular red brick wall outside the only window, the room receives a good amount of golden hour beauty. To mimic this warm light during the remaining daylight hours, the neutral colour on the walls was chosen due to its red undertone. It gives a solid background, both to the greens and blues which tie in with the colour scheme of the other rooms, as well as to the many paintings, all while withstanding the coolness of the general light. The room has a Scandinavian turn of the century sensibility with painted woods and soft accents.
